Nicole Maholtz, CEO  

Over 19 years of experience managing operations, sales and customer service for financial software companies helps to make Nicole an expert in business operations management and customer satisfaction.  As Pensworth’s CEO, she provides centralized management of all customer related services and operations.  Nicole is well known in the financial planning and estate planning fields, and is skilled at building relationships. Her track record shows a consistent ability to improve success by increasing levels of customer satisfaction, retaining current customers and increasing market share.  Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a minor in Accounting from Lock Haven University. 

Jane Schuck, President

With extensive experience in the field of retirement and estate planning, Jane has assisted countless professionals in the design and implementation of financial, tax, estate planning as well as retirement projections and strategies for their clients.  As President of Pensworth, Jane uses her knowledge, experience and expertise to identify customer needs, and select products which can help to effectively meet those needs.

Jane is a graduate of Jamestown Community College and has attended St. Bonaventure University, Alfred University and Bryant-Stratton Business School.
